What we do

Our mission statement is to use game development and technology education to elevate and empower disadvantaged and at-risk communities.

Our focus on neurodiversity addresses a gap in support for adults and teens that face challenges in workplaces that have been designed without them in mind.

Addressing Unemployment / Underemployment

40% of neurodivergent adults are unemployed or underemployed. Our program aims to change that heartbreaking statistic through our volunteer-driven and cost-free education programs.

Uplifting Neurodivergent Voices

Our network of advocates and allies provide a support system and amplifier for neurodivergent voices to find an audience and demonstrate their contributions, elevating neurodivergent stories and perspectives.

Empowering Innovative Creators

Neurodivergent people are capable of the extraordinary. Their knack for increased focus, creativity, innovative thinking, authenticity, and reasoning is a perfect fit for the needs of the games industry.

Educating Employers

Lack of accomodation, fear of undue discipline, and having to mask to fit in is a lose / lose scenario in the workplace. Companies that thrive on innovation can learn to leverage the power of diverse teams and neurodivergent superpowers.

Our classes create a path from introductory classes for any skill level, progressing through carefully crafted intermediate and advanced curriculum, leading to higher education, internships, and entrepreneurship.
